Abstract: Objective To compare the effect of online and offline on anesthesia training for non-anesthesia undergraduate students.Methods A total of 46 students majoring in public health medicine management from Capital Medical University were divided into traditional group and online group. Twenty-four students for internship on July 4, 2022 were classified as the traditional group, and the traditional offline anesthesia training method was adopted. Twenty-two students for internship on June 28, 2020 were classified as the online group, and the hybrid online anesthesia training method of Tencent conference + operation video sharing + Q&A in class wechat group was adopted. Questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the overall teaching satisfaction and test scores.Results The overall satisfaction of traditional group and online group were 100% and 95.45% (P>0.05), respectively. There was no statistical difference in the scores and accuracy rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Eigty-six point thiry-six percent of the students in the online group were more eager for offline anesthesia training.Conclusion There were also higher overall satisfaction and better test results on the hybrid online anesthesia training compared with the traditional training, and hybrid online training can be used as a substitute during the special time.
