Reform and exploration of the evaluation system for rural-oriented medical undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract:

Education evaluation, featuring contemporaneity, wholeness and orientation, serves as the baton of educational development. It is the key to the education comprehensive reform that deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era. The cultivation of rural-oriented medical students is a major measure to deepen medical reform and strengthen the construction of county medical community and the construction of general practitioner team, and is also an important part of realizing the "Healthy China Strategy". It is an urgent task to construct a teaching evaluation system for undergraduate order-oriented medical students that meets the educational requirements in the new era. This paper takes the Chinese and Western Medicine Rehabilitation in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine as the starting point, combined with the teaching work carried out in the early stage, analyzes the education evaluation reform in the training of rural-oriented medical students under the background of new medical science, and conducts exploratory research, in order to formulate an education evaluation system that meets the requirements of the times and the actual situation of the school, improve the quality of teaching, and finally form a replicable talent training model, which provides a theoretical basis for further deepening the training of rural-oriented medical students in the undergraduate major of traditional Chinese medicine.
