Cultivation of quality of laboratory animal practitioners in hospitals

Abstract

Abstract: Hospitals should establish a good platform for animal experiments and a complete set of animal experiment management system. For its smooth operation, the key factor lies in people. This paper discusses how to improve the management of laboratory animal practitioners in hospitals and provides reference for improving the management level of laboratory animal practitioners in hospitals.
