Practice of the second classroom program for rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students

Abstract: In accordance with the standard of rural order-directed medical students training mode reform experimental base, we implemented excellent doctor education program to lay a solid foundation for basic medical and health services and to improve their comprehensive practical ability. They are required to study in the second classroom program, including establishing health archives, screening for disease types, autonomous learning with teachers' guidance, health management, family visits , and information maintenance for the residents.
