Analysis of assessment results of clinical practice ability in standardized training of psychiatric residents in Beijing psychiatric hospitals

Abstract: This study collected and analyzed data on the clinical practice ability of standardized training of psychiatric residents in Beijing psychiatric hospitals from 2014 to 2016. The statistical method was used to test the validity and reliability of clinical practice ability assessment program and to provide reference for the future standard norms of the assessment mode. The problems exposed in the assessment of residents training was addressed and practical measures was put forward to improve the quality of resident training programs.
