Abstract: ObjectiveTo construct an accurate, effective and easy to operate quality evaluation system of postgraduate students to promote the healthy development of postgraduate education. MethodsOn the basis of stakeholder survey, literature research and expert interview, the primary and secondary indicators of the quality evaluation system of postgraduate students are preliminarily determined. Delphi technique was conducted to analyze the results and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index. ResultsThe judgment, familiarity and authority coefficients as well as Kendalls W were 0.7457,0.8657,0.8057,and 0.125,respectively,for the first round of expert consultation(P<0.001),and were 0.7484,0.8648,0.8314,and 0.406,respectively,for the second round of expert consultation(P<0.001). The determined 4 index of quality evaluation of graduate students include achievement index, background structure, professional competence and comprehensive quality, with 0.42,0.23,0.23,0.12,as the corresponding weights, and 0.004 as the consistency ratio of the judgment matrix. The consistency test of secondary index judgment matrix was 0.017, 0.018, 0.018,and 0, respectively. ConclusionThe quality evaluation of graduate students and its weight constructed by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are more scientific, and the results are credible. It can scientifically evaluate the graduate student source quality, and lays an important foundation for the training of postgraduate education and the follow-up evaluation of employment.
