Abstract: In the 21st century, there is an urgent need for medical education reform. The reform of the three-roientation talent training mode was proposed by Qiqihar Medical College, and the modern project management theory and methods were adopted to solve the problems of scheduling, personnel selection and task division. The reform effectively guarantees the validity and quality of research and promotes the deepening of study, which is worthy of being referenced by medical education managers
