Research and practice on the training mode for PBL teachers based on the three-orientation talent cultivation model

Abstract: For the implementation of the three-orientation talent cultivation model, Qiqihar Medical University has conducted the teaching reform aiming at improving students’ autonomous learning ability, We actively promoted the PBL teaching method. To enable teachers to master PBL teaching skills, in the past 10 years of practice and exploration, we started from the actual needs of teachers, combined the successful experience of other institutions with ours, followed the PBL teaching concept, constructed a multi-angle and progressive training mode for the PBL teachers, and achieved good results.
