药物成果创新度评价指标体系的构建

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在药物研发过程的每一个阶段，均需要对众多“药物成果”的价值进行多维度客观评价。从创新的概念出发，结合相关文献与标准，在科学性和实用性兼顾的原则下，构建适合现代药物研发成果的 “四等级技术创新度”标准化评价体系，这对信息使用者了解药物成果的潜在价值有重要的作用。

关键词: 药物研发, 科技成果, 创新度, 标准化评价, 指标体系

Abstract: At each stage of drug development process, a multi-dimensional evaluation is required to determine the value of numerous drug achievements. Starting from the concept of innovation, combining relevant literature and standards, and under the principle of scientific and practical consideration, a standardized evaluation system of “four-level technological innovation degree” suitable for modern drug research and development achievements is constructed, which plays an important role for information users to understand the potential value of pharmaceutical achievements.
