公共卫生危机后医学类人才培养问题的若干思考

摘要: 在这次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的公共卫生危机中表现出了医疗救援的重要性。而此次医疗救援之人力、物力、财力耗费之大,也是前所未有的。整个社会应对疫情付出了巨大和惨痛的代价,由此产生的医疗次生灾害也波及到了众多无辜患者。疫情当中,医务工作者首当其冲,起到了抗疫决胜的关键作用。然而,疫情之中也暴露出来了一些医学类专业培养方面的问题。如何强化公众传染病的重在预防而非治疗的理念?如何做适应性改变调整医学院校学生的培养着重点?如何扩大医学类院校医学类专业报考人数及提高招生质量?这都是医学教育管理者值得进一步思考的问题。

Abstract: The importance of the medical rescue is reflected in COVID-19 major public health crisis, with unprecedented human, material and financial cost, huge social cost, also with secondary medical unfavorable impact on many innocent patients. Medical workers bear the brunt of the epidemic and play a key role in the fight against COVID-19. However, the epidemic also exposed some problems in medical professional training. How to strengthen the public's awareness of prevention rather than treatment? How to change the focus of medical students' training accordingly? How to improve the number of medical students and the quality of enrollment? These are problems worthy of further consideration by medical educators.
