摘要: 多学科知识与技术交叉是解决重大科学问题的切入点之一,而多学科复合型人才的培养是其关键内容。当前,高等院校教育教学呈现出多主体协作、多学科融合的特征,多学科交叉研究生团队应运而生,成为一种新型的科研组织形态。然而,当前学科交叉型研究生团队在管理制度、师资队伍和培养目标等方面仍存在许多问题,有必要探索构建更完善的整合型教学培养与管理模式。本文旨在分析学科交叉型研究生团队的内涵和建设意义,并剖析其在管理方面存在的问题,结合实际探讨有益的管理策略和培养目标。

Abstract: The intersection of multidisciplinary knowledge and technology plays a crucial role in addressing major scientific problems, necessitating the development of interdisciplinary talents. At present, education and teaching in universities are characterized by multi-subject cooperation and multidisciplinary approaches. As a result, interdisciplinary graduate teams have emerged as a necessary response to the demands of the times, becoming a new form of scientific research organization. However, challenges persist in terms of managing these teams, handling teaching staff, and defining training objectives. Therefore, it is imperative to explore and establish a more comprehensive model for integrated teaching, training, and management. This paper aims to delve into the meaning and significance of interdisciplinary postgraduate teams, analyze prevailing management issues, and propose effective strategies and training objectives based on practical considerations.
