摘要: 高校育人体系创新,是全面贯彻党的教育方针的具体实践之一。宣武医院作为首都医科大学第一临床医学院,具有理论与实践相融合的优势,医院经过多年实践,以“三全”育人为核心,围绕服务医学教育高质量发展的重要任务,探索实践出“四强四促”育人体系,即“强思想引领,促红专融合”“强改革创新,促内生驱动”“强学科交叉,促协同发展”“强平台建设,促格局拓展”,切实激发了教育改革创新的根本动力,取得了良好成效。

关键词: 临床医学院, 三全育人, 育人体系

Abstract: The innovation of higher education system is one of the concrete practices of comprehensively implementing the Party's educational policy. Xuanwu Hospital, as the first clinical School of Medicine of Capital Medical University, has the advantage of integrating theory and practice. Focusing on the "Three-all" holistic education as the core and focusing on the important task of serving high-quality development of medical education, it has explored and practiced the "four-strengthen and four-promote" education system, namely, "strengthen thought guidance, promoting integration of socialist mind and profession", "strengthen reform and innovation, promote endogenous drive", "strengthen interdisciplinary research, promote coordinated development", "strengthen platform construction, promote horizon expansion". Therefore, this study has effectively stimulated the fundamental driving force of education reform and innovation, and has achieved good results.
