摘要: 急性主动脉夹层(acute aortic dissection,AAD)是严重影响人类生命健康的大血管疾病,其临床治疗方案选择是住院医师培训的重点和难点。案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)是指以案例为教材,在教师的指导下,运用多种方式启发学生独立思考,从而达到教学目的的一种教学方法。现从教学目标的确定、教案的设计、教学实施、教学评价及移动学习课程5个方面介绍了CBL教学法在AAD疾病教学工作中的初步探索过程。

Abstract: Acute aortic dissection (AAD) is a major vascular disease that seriously affects human life and health, and choice of clinical treatment options is the key and difficult point in resident training. Case-based learning (CBL) teaching method uses cases as teaching materials to inspire students’ independent thinking, by various ways and under the guidance of teachers, so as to achieve desired teaching purpose. This paper showed the initial exploration of CBL in AAD disease teaching from five aspects: the determination of clinical teaching objectives, the design of teaching cases, the implementation of CBL teaching in clinical practice, teaching evaluation and mobile learning courses.
