参与式教学在儿童重症医学临床教学的应用

摘要: 儿童重症患儿病情复杂易变,培养专业人才是提高危重症儿童救治能力的重要一环。参与式教学是临床教学方法之一。儿童重症医学临床教学面对的人员相对较少,实操性内容较多,在教学过程中,从课前准备、课中实施到课后考试,都可根据实际情况,采用多种形式来实现参与式教学。参与式教学法,在教学的过程中以学生为主、教师为辅,能提高学生的积极性和主动性,有利于学生自学能力和实践能力的提高,也能促进教师自身水平的提高。这种教学模式十分适用于儿童重症医学的临床教学工作。

Abstract: Pediatric intensive care medicine (PICU) is the interdisciplinary and professionalized major. The situation of patients in PICU are varied and complex. Training pediatrician is critical thing. Participatory teaching method is student oriented. It could not only enhance the initiative and motivation of medicine but also cultivate their self-study ability. Moreover it helps to provoke the teacher’s ability. So it is useful for pediatric intensive medicine teaching. We use this teaching method with other ways according to the practical situation to obtain the best effect.
