Analysis of improving teaching ability training system in newly-built medical schools

摘要: 加强教师教学能力建设是新建本科院校生存发展和教师自我专业发展的需要。通过研究经典教师教学能力模型及发展阶段理论,并在此基础上,构建 TEAM 进阶式教师教学能力体系,经过“培训、拓展、引领迁移”3 个层级逐层递进以促进教师教学能力持续提升。

Abstract: Strengthening teachers’ teaching ability is essential both for the survival and development of newly-built medical schools and for teachers’ self-professional development. This paper studies the classical teaching ability model and the development stage theory, constructs TEAM teaching ability training system, and promotes the continuous improvement of teachers’ teaching ability through three levels of “training, expanding and advanced-migration”.
