药学专业实验教学和实验室安全培训体系的实践与思考

Practice and reflection of experimental teaching and laboratory safety training system for pharmaceutical specialty

摘要: 近几年,高校实验室常有火灾、爆炸和投毒等重大安全事故发生,造成师生生命和国家财产的重大损失。以首都医科大学药学院实验室安全教育课程及其培训系统为例,探讨其体系建设与教学方式方法的改革,始终围绕“以学生为中心”的理念和“安全第一”的核心,自主开发了具有自主知识产权的虚拟仿真项目和线上慕课,实验室安全课程(逃生演习+虚拟仿真+学堂在线+学习强国)和实验室安全培训体系(操作考核和安全知识题库、科研楼门禁考核系统等)。

Abstract: In recent years, serious safety accidents such as fires, explosions and poisoning have frequently occurred in university laboratories, causing great losses of life and national property. This paper takes the laboratory safety education course and its training system in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Capital Medical University as an example, discusses the system construction and the reform of teaching methods. Centering on the concept of “student-centered” and the core of “safety first”, we have independently developed virtual simulation projects and online MOOCs with independent intellectual property rights, and formed a laboratory safety course (evacuation drill+ virtual simulation+ xuetangx.com + xuexi.cn) and laboratory safety training system (operation assessment and safety knowledge database, entrance guard system of scientific research building, etc.)
