基于定性比较分析的医学本科生基层就业意愿影响因素研究

Factors influencing medical undergraduates' employment willingness based on qualitative comparative analysis

摘要: 目的 以北京某医学院校为样本分析本科阶段医学生基层就业意愿现状及影响机理,旨在为提高医学生基层就业意愿和高质量就业提供科学参考。方法 通过问卷调查并进行描述性分析,讨论医学生基层就业意愿现状;进一步使用定性比较分析(qualitative comparative analysis,QCA)探究工资薪酬、职业发展、工作环境、情感支持、自我价值体现5个前因变量的不同组合对医学生基层就业意愿的路径影响。结果 57.43%的医学生愿意前往基层就业,同时有4条等效路径导致医学生有意愿前往基层就业,有两条路径导致医学生没有意愿前往基层就业。结论 工资薪酬、职业发展、工作环境、情感支持、自我价值体现5个前因变量在提高医学生基层就业意愿过程中均扮演了关键角色,具体措施包括改善基层医疗机构环境,家庭给予正向情感支持,学校注重理论教育指导与实践活动开展。

Abstract: Objective Taking a medical college in Beijing as a sample, the current situation and impact mechanism of medical undergraduate students' willingness to work at the grassroots level were analyzed, aiming to provide scientific reference for improving medical students' willingness to seek employment at the grassroots level and high-quality employment.Methods A questionnaire survey and descriptive analysis were conducted to discuss the current situation of medical students' willingness to seek employment at the grassroots level; and qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) was used to explore the path impact of different combinations of five antecedents, namely, salary, career development, work environment, emotional support, and self worth, on medical students' willingness to work at the grassroots level.Results 57.43% of medical students are willing to go to the grass-roots level for employment. Four equivalent paths lead to medical students willing to go to the grass-roots level for employment, and two paths lead to medical students not having willingness to go to the grass-roots level for employment.Conclusion The five antecedent variables of salary, career development, work environment, emotional support, and self worth all play a key role in improving the willingness of medical students to seek employment at the grass-roots level. Specific measures include improving the environment of primary medical institutions, providing positive emotional support from families, and emphasizing theoretical education guidance and practical activities in schools.
