6种记忆方法在心肌梗死教学中的应用

摘要: 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是心血管系统疾病教学中的重点,急性心肌梗死(AMI)临床表现多样、需与多种疾病鉴别,是冠心病教学的难点之一。对AMI基本知识的正确理解和准确记忆是医学生内科学习过程中的一项重要挑战。记忆术是医学教育中最重要的方法之一,能帮助医学生增强记忆,提高学习效果。结合心肌梗死知识特点,通过归纳出首字母记忆法、数字记忆法、位置记忆法、口诀记忆法、谐音记忆法和联想记忆法6种促进记忆的方法,可指导学生巧妙运用科学有效的记忆法加强对于AMI知识的掌握。

Abstract: Coronary artery disease is the key point in teaching cardiovascular disease. The variety of clinical manifestation of acute myocardial infarction (AMI ) makes differential diagnosis complex, which is always the difficult point but essential in teaching medical students. One of the challenges encountered in the AMI-learning process for medical students is to understand and remember the basic knowledge of AMI correctly. Mnemonic devices are one of the most important methods used, helping learners to remember quickly. In the current review, we recommended tutors to use the mnemonic methods frequently in teaching the AMI to help students improve understanding and memory, with the technique of psychology, including acronym, memory for digits, position memory, pithy mnemonic formula, harmonic and association.
