摘要: 实验室安全准入制度是高校实验室安全管理重要的环节。利用现代信息化手段,将部分实验安全操作通过虚拟仿真实验或微课形式呈现,采用线上线下有效结合的培训模式,通过理论结合虚拟仿真实验的学习及实验室实地操作培训等多种方式,建立了分子医学教学实验室学生准入培训制度,完善了实验室安全管理机制,在全面系统的基础上保证培训内容的时效性和趣味性,有效地加强了学生的安全意识和实验操作规范意识,提高了课堂教学效率。

Abstract: Laboratory safety access system is the most basic and important link of university laboratory safety management. By means of modern information technology, some experimental safety operations are presented in the form of virtual simulation experiments or micro courses, the training mode of effective combination of online and offline is adopted, the student access training system of molecular medicine teaching laboratory is established, and the laboratory safety management mechanism is improved by combining theory with virtual simulation experiment learning and laboratory field operation. On the basis of a comprehensive system, it ensures the timeliness and interest of the training content, effectively strengthens the students awareness of safety and experimental operation norms, and improves the efficiency of classroom teaching.
