摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着医改的不断深入和建立现代医院管理制度的迫切要求，公立医院面临全新的挑战，向管理要效益是实现医院内涵式发展的重要途径。从当前公立医院运营管理的现状入手，通过深入分析存在的问题，为进一步推进公立医院运营管理建设提出思路和建议，对实现公立医院管理转型，提升医院管理水平，实现科学化、精益化管理提供借鉴。

关键词: 公立医院 , 运营管理 , 体系建设

Abstract: With the continuous progress of medical reform, public hospitals are facing new challenges of asking for benefits from management to achieve hospitals connotative development. This article starts with the current status of public hospitals operation and management. Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems, it provides ideas and suggestions for further promoting the operation management of public hospitals. It can provide reference for the transformation of public hospital management, improving the level of hospital management, and achieving scientific and lean management.
