一院多区模式下住院医师规范化培训学员满意度现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的 调查西安交通大学第一附属医院两院区住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)学员满意度现状及影响因素,为开展同质化培训提供依据和参考。方法 采用问卷调查法,结合医院情况与文献制定住培满意度量表,并进行调查。量表由Likert 5级计分法进行评分,并使用线上结合线下的方式进行发放。数据统计方法为t检验和线性回归分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 两院区在整体满意度及多维度满意度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);两院区的薪资待遇满意度得分均很低;不同学历水平、不同专业领域学员对住培整体满意度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学习氛围、设施条件、管理制度、教学质量、薪资待遇均正向影响两院区满意度(β>0,P<0.05)。结论 住培学员对总院区的满意度高于分院区,为提高住培学员满意度,促进两院区住培同质化,实现更优质的住培效果,需要致力于分院区的资源配置的优化、住培训制度的完善、推进教学模式改革、推动薪资待遇改革、关注不同学历、不同专业学员的实际需求。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the students ' satisfaction with standardized training for resident doctors (referred to as residential training) in two districts of a large public hospital, so as to provide basis and reference for homogenized training.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the residential satisfaction scale based on hospital conditions and literature. The scale was scored by Likert 5-level scoring method and distributed online and offline. Statistical methods were t test and linear regression analysis, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results There were significant differences in the overall satisfaction and multidimensional satisfaction in both districts (P<0.001). Both districts have low satisfaction scores on salary; There were significant differences in the overall satisfaction scores of students with different educational level and professional field (P<0.05). Learning atmosphere, facilities, management system, teaching quality and salary had significant positive effects on satisfaction (β>0, P<0.05).Conclusion The satisfaction of residential training students to the general hospital is higher than that of the sub-hospital. In order to improve the satisfaction of residential training students, promote the homogenization of residential training and achieve better residential training results, we need to focus on optimizing the allocation of resources in the sub-institutes; The improvement of the training system for resident doctors; Promote the reform of teaching methods and salary; Pay attention to the actual needs of students with different degrees and majors.
