摘要: 医院志愿服务不仅是医院软实力的重要体现,也是促进医学生职业素养形成的重要途径。医学生是医院志愿服务的重要参与者,通过具体实践探索医学生参与医院志愿服务的长效机制促进医学生职业素养的形成势在必行。从志愿服务的重要意义、当前存在的问题及解决途径三个方面详细探讨了医学生志愿服务的长效机制,希望通过适当引导和合理安排,培养医学生参与医院志愿服务的动机和兴趣,完善审查制度,并通过持续改进保障医院志愿服务机制的不断健全。

Abstract: Hospital voluntary service is not only an important manifestation of the hospital’s soft power, but also an important way to promote the formation of medical students’ professionalism. It is imperative to explore the long-term mechanism of medical students’ participation in hospital volunteer service through concrete practice to promote the establishment of medical students’ professionalism. This article analyzes the long-term mechanism of the medical students volunteer service from the following three aspects: significance of volunteer service, the existing problems and solutions. Through proper guidance and reasonable arrangements, teachers can cultivate students’ motivation and interest, improve the system of examination, and ensure the hospital volunteer service system constantly is improved.
