Abstract: Facing the new situation, the hospital cadre management service should innovate service concept, reform the management methods, provide more scientific and humanistic and appropriate service for the retired cadre. All these issues should be taken into consideration for the comprehensive development of hospital. This paper analyses the current situation in the retired veteran cadres management, incorporates its features and needs, then puts forward a series of suggestion sandre ferences for better retired cadre management.
