    The accreditation of clinical medicine education work has been carried out for 10 years in our country, and achieved obvious effectiveness. However, the difficulties and potential risks cannot be ignored and abstained. Improvement in the management structure of clinical professional education certification, a clear understanding about accreditation process and results, and enhancement of the team of the experts' quality are crucial for perfecting clinical medicine education accreditation system. The above mentioned is a core in the accreditation work of clinical medicine education at present phase. Only if the assessment was objective and the quality of education was strictly controlled, excellent clinical providers could be cultivated.

    The connotation construction of university is objective for development, and is an only way to enhance the quality and "soft power" of university. However, the connotation building needs a good institutional support for guarantee and maintenance. The clinical professional certification just provides such an opportunity. By comparison with the requirements of "Medical Education Standards for Undergraduate - Clinical Medicine (for Trial Implementation)", the university's administrators actively carried out a reform on education, to analyze the situation of professional building and development, as well as the level of the same profession in China, by means of self-diagnosis and evaluation with the assistance of experts. On the basis of such re-examination on the training for medical professional talents, the connotation construction of university was directed and advanced. Thus, the quality of personnel training was gradually improved to meet the society needs for medical professionals.

    TBL of Learning-Research-Teaching synergy is a team-based teaching method which is to develop students’ self-study capabilities. The research applied this method to 4-year Medical Imaging Technique Major students, understood the students’ attitudes and gains by adopting questionnaire survey and interview, and explore the effect and significance of this teaching method. Analysis showed that TBL can effectively improve students' self-study capability and team work spirit. In addition, it can help to train the students’ fundamental scientific research qualities.

    Objective To analyze the results of the questionnaire among students after the case teaching method was applied in ophthalmology class. Methods Three sections of teaching contents including ophthalmology retinopathy, optic nerve disease, and eye disease and systemic were taught by case teaching method, other chapters using the traditional teaching method. After the class, 139 undergraduates who attended the class of ophthalmology were investigated. Results 139 undergraduates were enrolled, the number of valid questionnaires recovered was 131, and response rate was 94.2%. 127 (96.9%) respondents supported case teaching method, their total evaluation score of case teaching method was 8.64 ± 1.08, and the evaluation score of traditional teaching method was 6.34 ± 1.03, with a statistically significant difference in comparison of these two scores. Case teaching method could attract more students' interest in learning, and help students analyze and resolve clinical problems, and master the knowledge. Nevertheless, the students showed less strong participation awareness during case teaching. Conclusion The case teaching method can help to improve students' interest in learning, and cultivate their capacities in analyzing and solving problems, but it needs students' positive participation in case teaching.

    Courses assessment is an important teaching step in the higher medical education process. The assessment result always be used as an essential indicator for the evaluation of entire education process and the quality of teaching. This article mainly focused on the building of medical education item bank which had been used in the courses assessment. Firstly, the significance of medical education item bank was elaborated; and then the general problems were explored; furthermore, their causes were analyzed; lastly, the countermeasures to those problems were presented to set up the basic approach to medical education item bank building.

    "To Enhance morality and foster talents" is the basic task of education in China. The ideological education of graduate students is easy to be ignored in scientific research institutions that will directly constrain the promotion of students’comprehensive quality. This article focused on the initial stage of graduate education.After different forms of freshman enrollment education for three grades, the states of mind and the comprehensive performances of students were analyzed during their postgraduate education. It was founded that scientific and all-round freshmen education in the initial stage of the study was proved to be effective in promoting graduate students’ ideological and psychological states, helping them quickly adapt to the new study environment, and significantly enhancing the effectiveness during the following educations, to realize the aim of fostering talents.

    Based on the problems of Continuing Medical Education(CME) management in a tertiary hospital, this article proposed that hospital administrators should become fully aware of the importance of CME, adopt the flexible and diverse forms of training to strengthen the training of knowledge within the scope of CME, construct the CME management system, and make full use of the network platform to spread the information about CME activities; and enhance publicity and education, and ensure the accurate and complete information of people participating in CME.     Objective To establish the evaluation index system of continuing education training in line with the university characteristics, and to promote the scientific and normative management of continuing education. Methods Based on the preliminary research methods including literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interview, the evaluation index and weight were determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results The evaluation index system of university continuing education training program was constructed, including 4 first level indexes and 15 second level indexes, as well as all levels of indexes were weighted. Conclusion The establishment of the evaluation index system of the training program can properly facilitate the management of university continuing education training and improve the quality of personnel training.

    Objective To explore the effect and strength of problem based learning (PBL) combined with case based learning(CBL) in clinical practice of spine surgery. Methods 40 interns of Beijing Friendship Hospital who are seven-year clinical medical students of Capital Medical University were selected as subjects who were randomly subdivided into two groups, one was traditional group and the other was PBL combined CBL group (each group 20 students). After the course was finished, each student of these two groups underwent a test on the professional knowledge and filled in a questionnaire on the assessment of students' capacities. Results The scores of professional test in PBL+CBL group were significantly higher than those in traditional group, especially more difference between them in cases analysis. Meanwhile, the data showed that students' ability of PBL+CBL group in clinical thinking, mastering key points and difficulties and communication skills were significant improved more than those in traditional group. Conclusion PBL combined with CBL is a useful teaching method in clinical practice of spine surgery and should be promoted.

    Objective Providing recommendations for the construction of the emergency plan, through carding the state of the US emergency plan construction. Methods Searching documents and literature relevant to US emergency plans, and summarizing the results of the US construction plan. Results The emergency planning system of USA based on scenarios building has greatly improved its emergency management capabilities and provide a strong guarantee to respond to public emergencies. Conclusion In the "Thirteen Five" the first year and the amendments of emergency plan should strengthen the using of "scenario - response" model, implement the basic idea "public participation, local management", and strengthening the legal system to protect emergency plan.

    Scoring management as a new style of management, has been applied skillfully in the field of company's customer management, enterprise management and administrative management.     Objective Comparing the differences of, and analyzing the positive and negative effects of doctors, to provide the reference for improving the attending charge system. Methods Using Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire to research and compare the doctors’ career satisfaction before and after the implementation of the attending charge system. Results After the introduction of the attending charge system, workload, work time and income showed a trend of increase, but the score of the doctors’ career satisfaction significantly improved(t =6.307, P <0.001). Then, there are seven satisfaction items significantly increased, two items significantly reduced. Conclusion The attending charge system has changed the management process, realize the energy management and sophisticated management; strengthened the competition mechanism, aroused the initiative and enthusiasm of the doctors; increased the medical personnel workload; made scientific research, teaching and talent training faces new challenges. Strengthen the leadership of the chief; pay attention to personnel training; set the attending group scientifically, to promote the construction of sub-specialty.

    Objective To study the measures and effectiveness of nursing work in disinfection supply room after the application of prospective management concept. Methods The disinfection supply room in our hospital adopted the prospective management from September 2014 to September 2015,and applied relevant management concept into the nursing work, mainly include integration of information, human resources, the popularity of PDCA circulation management method and 5S management method, etc. At the same time, an investigation were carried out among 15 staff to check their performance in cleaning, washing, disinfecting and packing medical materials. Results Before the prospective nursing management, qualified rate of cleaning, disinfecting, packing and distributing accounted for 90.00%, 85.50%, 82.50% and 87.50% respectively; in comparison, after the prospective nursing management, qualified rate of these four items accounted for 98.50%, 100.00%, 99.00% and 100.00% respectively. The differences between before and after the application of prospective management were significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing management in disinfection supply room should learn from prospective management concept, staff should work in line with scientific, rigorous and standardized health care service requirement and ensure each medical material of hospital in high security.

    Objective To discuss about the method and the effect of the grouping-management on the special nurses in the operating room of the special hospital. Methods We executed the grouping-management on the special nurses in our operating room during the period of the study. Through this way, we wanted to analyze the differences between the foreand- aft grouping-management in some aspects including the prepare of the instruments for operating, the instruments transmission, the mastery of the doctors’ habits, the degree of the cooperation between the doctors and the nurses, the mastery of the knowledge and the skills of the nurses, and so on. Results After executing the grouping-management, for those nurses, the degree of the proficiency of the instruments transmission, the mastery of the doctors’ habits, the cooperation between nurses and doctors, the mastery of the knowledge and skills were better than before this grouping-management (P <0.05).Conclusion There existed the obvious effect in the clinical practice after executing the grouping-management in the operating room in the special hospital. Through this way, we could improve the levels of the proficiency of the instruments transmitting and preparing, the mastery of the doctors’ habits, the cooperation between the doctors and nurses, what’s more, we could also enhance the mastery of the knowledge and the skills for the nurses. In a word, this management should be promoted to be used in the clinical practice.
