Medical insurance specialty of medical colleges as the main source of medical insurance personnel, the rationality of its professional curriculum directly influences the professional talents cultivation and development. This article analyzed the current situation and problems of curriculum design based on a survey of graduates' and current students' approval degree of the courses, who come from medical insurance major of certain medical college. Through an analysis on the survey data, the article found that approval degree of the students had be shown in descending order by curriculums of management specialty, medicine specialty and insurance specialty. Then the causes were explored, including complex curriculum system, unclear curriculum positioning, and unreasonable core curriculum. Finally, the countermeasures how to solve the problems were provided.

Objective Only prepared as a certain dosage form, drug could be applied to prevention, diagnosis and treatment. With the development of modern medicine, the relationship of pharmaceutics and organ system has become increasingly clear. Modern pharmaceutical teaching should be on an open way to develop. Methods Through the discussion on pharmaceutical theoretical teaching based on the industrial preparation and the organ system, this article expounded a new thinking and idea about pharmaceutical teaching of undergraduates. Results As a subject of application, pharmaceutical teaching should explore the theoretical teaching model which makes the organ system as a basis and takes the disease as a core. Conclusion The course on the basis of the organ system should be divided and integrated, connected with clinical practice, the course content should be optimized and the different dosage forms should be compared according to the organ system as a main line. Such a new exploration will offer more help to the students to understand and design dosage form from the perspective of clinical need

Objective Along with the increasing cooperation in medical education between China and Russia, this study aims to compare and analyze the characteristics and difference of medical curricula among the medical schools in the two countries, so as to benefit the reform of medical education in China. Methods Using the methods of comparison and analysis, the study focuses on the medical curricula of China and Russia. Results In China, the number of hours of pre-medical courses is higher among all the courses, but that of clinical courses is comparatively lower. The training of students’ selfdirected learning is still insufficient. Average weekly hours are lower, but the variety of optional courses is more abundant. Conclusion The Russian medical schools have their unique characteristics in medical curricula, which can certainly benefit the medical education in China.

It is important to enhance the clinical thinking training and practical ability of postgraduates of pediatric neurology. It is found that the postgraduates of professional degree of pediatric neurology are lack of the clinical thinking, such as the ability of the combination of preclinical and clinical medicine and analyzing complicated problems, and over reliant on laboratory results. In terms of the characteristics of neurology and pediatrics, and according to the problem of clinical thinking and the years of teaching experience in neurology, this article proposed some suggestions that the training should enhance the students' clinical thinking, and improve their abilities in solving and analyzing problems, including clinical problem based learning, increasing the quality and frequency of teaching ward-round, regularly conducting various kinds of academic activities, and strengthening medical humanities quality education.

Through a survey on hospital administrators' training abroad, the status and the intention of going abroad or training, and their major concerns were studied. The results of the study would lay a foundation for hospital to arrange dministrators to train abroad in the future. In the study, self-designed questionnaires on the administrators' intention of going abroad were applied and statistical analysis was carried out. Objective Through the investigation and analysis of learning situation of college students, to study some key issues of higher education reform from the perspectives of the students, in order to provide suggestion of higher education and teaching reform for reference. Methods An questionnaire investigation of learning situation was carried out on 3822 undergraduates of 2008 - 2011 and the obtained data were analyzed. Results The students' initiative to communicate with teachers and enthusiasm to learn should be paid attention, and the students' specialty was not a good match for their interests, the awareness of scientific research innovation was not strong enough. Conclusion It should be necessary to push college students actively communicate with their teachers, mobilize their enthusiasm for learning, advance their professional interest, and stimulate their critical thinking and innovation awareness.

Objective To investigate the effects and value of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) combined with typical case teaching methods in the teaching of endocrinology clinic. Methods Selected 82 trainee students as subjects and randomly divided them into group A and group B, group A was offered PBL and typical case teaching methods, group B was given traditional pedagogy. Observed the difference of the scores of examination, the teaching identification, the teaching satisfaction and the learning initiative in the two groups. Results Group A’s theoretical scores were all obviously higher than group B's(P < 0.05); group A’s teaching identification was 92.68% which was obviously higher than group B's whose was 78.05%(P < 0.05); group A’s teaching satisfaction was 95.12% which also obviously higher than group B's; and group A’s initiative obviously better than group B's(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of endocrinology, PBL combined with typical case teaching methods can effectively improve teaching quality and learning status, which has an important value for teaching.
