Exploration of Oral Science curriculum construction for international clinical medical students in China

Abstract: Oral Science is an important basic medical course and an indispensable section in the undergraduate cultivation of international clinical medical students in China. Influenced by the global COVID-19 epidemic from 2020, many international students are unable to return to school for normal offline learning. The construction of online course provides a solution to this teaching dilemma. This paper takes the construction of Oral Sciences in English online course as an example, combines the oral professional course with educational informatization and actively explores the construction and application of high-quality online courses in teaching practice, so as to provide a beneficial exploration for sharing China’s online teaching experience and achievements and improving the oral health literacy of the whole people and the whole world.
