Employment problems and countermeasures of discharged college student soldiers in medical colleges

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, our country has attached great importance to the recruitment of college students. While college student soldiers have made significant contributions to national defense and military construction, they are also faced with the real dilemma of self-growth and employment. Through the investigation and research on the employment of discharged college students in medical colleges, we discuss and analyze the advantages, problems and difficulties of this group in employment, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is hoped that it can provide reference for medical colleges to further promote and improve the employment of discharged college soldiers in the future.
