Exploration and practice of the classified training mode of application-oriented outstanding medical talents

Abstract: In order to adapt to the new situation of high-quality requirements for medical talent training at home and abroad, and to explore the sustainable development of application-oriented excellent medical talents training roads suitable for local medical colleges, Guilin Medical University focuses on the differences between medical majors and medical-related majors in students, ability training requirements. It launches the exploration of the reform of the talent training mode from the perspectives of scientific orientation of training objectives, targeted curriculum system, classified implementation of teaching mode reform and construction of diversified evaluation system, to improve the quality of medical education and to play its own role in achieving the strategic goal of “Healthy China”.
