Abstract: Using Nature Index 2014, 2015 and 2016 announced by Nature as data sources, the life science research outputs of 42 universities are analyzed in terms of article count, fractional count. This article is based this analysis and put forward suggestions on how to encourage scientific research personnels to publish high-quality papers and to improve their scientific contribution.
