Abstract: To enhance the competency of resident physicians, this study has constructed a smart ubiquitous teaching resource platform to address issues such as limited resources and time-space constraints in traditional training. Based on a hierarchical progressive training model, the platform is guided by six core competencies and integrates multidimensional resources including theory, skills, diagnostic thinking, teaching presentation, scientific research, and humanistic literacy. The use of platform significantly improves resident physicians' learning autonomy and comprehensive practical abilities. The training effectiveness has received positive feedback, providing a scalable practical paradigm for the construction of a high-quality resident training system.
