Abstract: This paper delves into the reconstruction and innovation strategies of grassroots teaching organizations in
medical colleges in the era of educational digitalization, and analyzes their significant role in the transformation of talent
cultivation models.  Through an in-depth analysis of the current state of traditional grassroots teaching organizations, it is
found that there are limitations in resource integration, teaching methods, evaluation systems and other aspects, and
encounter challenges in terms of institutional frameworks, resource allocation, teaching approaches, teaching and research
atmosphere, as well as reform advancement.  This paper puts forward strategies to realize the restructuring and innovation of
grassroots teaching organizations, including reshaping the organizational structure to facilitate subject integration, innovating
management to ensure the stability of teaching operations, promoting the integration of industry and education via digital
platforms, empowering digitalization to boost the mutual promotion of teaching and research, enhancing teachers'
professional competence through digital intelligence training, and engaging in open cooperation to share educational
resources.  These strategies are intended to promote the development of grassroots teaching organizations, improve the
quality of medical education, cultivate high-quality medical talents who meet the requirements of the new era, and offer
references for the sustainable development of medical education
