Abstract: Organized scientific research is a research mode formed in the new round of scientific and technological revolution, featuring organized and invested by the government. In view of how to carry out organized scientific research in universities, most domestic research proposals focused on basic research and the establishment of interdisciplinary research institutions. Taking the "National Key R& D Program" as an example, this paper summarized several measures implemented in the exploration of organized scientific research by Capital Medical University, analyzed the existing problems, and proposed measures such as actively seeking cooperation opportunities, promoting basic clinical cooperation, and optimizing the principles of post-employment.
