Abstract: Based on new demands of medical postgraduates, and the urgent need of the specialized hospitals in market competition and talents training, teaching has gradually become an important work in the construction and development of hospitals. How to carry out teaching management and to train more qualified personnel in infectious disease field is a new challenge for infectious disease hospitals. We discusses the present situation of teaching management in infectious disease hospital, expounds the problems existing in teaching and introduces the measures taken by the hospital to solve the problems.
