Abstract: Since 2012, we have carried out a comprehensive reform of the talent training model with the goal of “competitiveness-oriented” and “excellent doctors training”. In accordance with the concept of “solid foundation and clinical service”, the “four-in-one” curriculum system was constructed, and the “student-centered” teaching method was implemented. Diversified evaluation was carried out to realize the cultivation of scientific research and innovation quality.We also have established the “three-teachers mechanism”, which all have achieved good results and have certain exemplary significance.
