Practice and discussion on the development of standardized training system of the gastrointestinal surgery residents

Abstract: The standardized training of residents serves as the bridge and foundation in training excellent medical professionals, and an important measure in improving the comprehensive quality of clinicians. We undertakes the standardized training of residents and professional postgraduates, aiming to train surgeons with noble medical ethics, super medical skills and systematic clinical thinking ability. We have obtained a series of achievements and experiences in the construction of gastrointestinal residents surgery training system.
