Discussion on the implementation status of clinical postgraduate training system: the new mode of dual track integration

Abstract: The new training system combining the clinical postgraduates training with residents standardized training has been implemented in Capital Medical University since 2012. The first batch of clinical postgraduate students who have received the training for 3 years will graduate in July of 2015. Under the new mode of dual track integration, the problems of the new system will be discussed and some recommendations will be suggested in order to improve clinical postgraduates training.
