Abstract: Objective In the process of exploring medical practice education, a medical practice education model was constructed using members of the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Danxin Project as samples, providing reference for the cultivation of high-level medical talents. Methods Through in-depth interviews with 152 Danxin students and using Nvivo 11.0 qualitative analysis software for grounded theory analysis modeling. Results A "Danxin Project Medical Practice Education Model" was constructed based on the neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) theory, with an "environment-ability-belief" education mechanism. Conclusion The Danxin Project has established a "grassroots-strong practice-shaping Danxin" medical practice education model through the construction of an educational environment, cultivation of quality and abilities, and shaping of values and beliefs. It has improved the professional competence and sense of identity of medical students, providing a successful example for the medical practice education model.
