Practice of “Double Training Program” for biomedical engineering talents

Abstract

Abstract: The School of Biomedical Engineering of Capital Medical University has implemented “Cross-Training Program for High-Level Talents in Beijing Universities—Double Training Program” in biomedical engineering, changing the oversimplified teaching management and adopting the “3+1” talent cultivation mode. In the past six years, we have continuously strengthened exchanges and cooperation with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, realized the sharing of high-quality higher education resources, and achieved initial results in cross-training professional talents, practical and innovative education, professional construction, teacher team construction and student education management etc. We explored and constantly improved the new mechanism for colleges and universities to jointly develop innovative talents training.
