Abstract: Xuanwu Hospital  of Capital Medical University targeted at senior high school graduates in Beijing and enrolled directional classes of nursing specialty from 2012 to 2016. 235 students are enrolled and 189 students work in our hospital after graduation. Their training mode, training program and syllabus are consistent with peer students. There are more failures in freshmen, due to their poor self-management ability. The failures in sophomores in 2015 and 2016 is dramatically reduced, owing to stringent employment criteria. Suggestions The most desirable target group of enrollment is Class Ⅱ undergraduate students. The cooperation pattern of colleges and universities can be more flexible, the training agreement should meet the higher requirements of students and set a number of incentive clauses, Pre-admissions interview can help to understand why students are enrolled, and the hospital should intervene in student management In the freshman year.
