Research on application of vertical class in medical graduate students’ administration

Abstract: With the reform of the education method of medical students,the traditional administration model cannot satisfy the situation and it is necessary to take some actions to enhance the effect of administration. “Vertical class” is another kind of class model. The method is classifying the students of the same or similar major into the same class and limiting the class size to thirty or so. Based on the facts that these students have more in common , this model has an application advantage and can get good administration effects. Through several years practice, we had some experience and this model made the administration more efficient. The survey of the current students shows they prefer this kind of organization and hope for more meaningful activities.This is an important method to organize the medical graduate students and can make the administration more efficient and achieve more administration effect.
