Abstract: This paper delves into the reconstruction and innovation strategies of grassroots teaching organizations in medical colleges in the era of educational digitalization, and analyzes their significant role in the transformation of talent cultivation models. Through an in-depth analysis of the current state of traditional grassroots teaching organizations, it is found that there are limitations in resource integration, teaching methods, evaluation systems and other aspects, and encounter challenges in terms of institutional frameworks, resource allocation, teaching approaches, teaching and research atmosphere, as well as reform advancement. This paper puts forward strategies to realize the restructuring and innovation of grassroots teaching organizations, including reshaping the organizational structure to facilitate subject integration, innovating management to ensure the stability of teaching operations, promoting the integration of industry and education via digital platforms, empowering digitalization to boost the mutual promotion of teaching and research, enhancing teachers' professional competence through digital intelligence training, and engaging in open cooperation to share educational resources. These strategies are intended to promote the development of grassroots teaching organizations, improve the quality of medical education, cultivate high-quality medical talents who meet the requirements of the new era, and offer references for the sustainable development of medical education
