“翻转+体验式”课堂——大学生心理健康教学创新与实践

“Flipped + experience” classroom——teaching innovation and practice of college students' mental health

摘要: 探讨《大学生心理健康》课程采用“翻转 + 体验式”教学的理论基础、教学设计和教学效果。2019 级药护学院临本 1 ~ 2 班以传统讲授法授课,3 ~ 4 班的专题 2 ~ 3 采用“翻转+体验式”教学,通过问卷、访谈、课程顾问听评课等方法比较两者的教学效果。结果发现实验组在目标认同度、目标达成度、总体满意度、学习受益度、生活迁移度、课外投入度 6 个维度均显著高于对照组(P < 0.001),“翻转 + 体验式”教学优势明显,教学效果显著优于传统讲授法,达到了优化教学环节,改善教学质量的目标。

Abstract: We discusse the theoretical basis, teaching design and teaching effect of “flipping+experiencing” teaching in the course of college students’ mental health. Class 1 and 2 of Grade 2019 clinical major of Institute of Medicine and Nursing were taught by traditional teaching method, and Class 3 and 4 topic 2 ~ 3 by “flipping + experience” method. Both teaching effects were compared by questionnaire, interview, course consultant evaluation. The results showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.001) in the six dimensions of goal recognition, goal achievement, overall satisfaction, learning benefit, life transfer and extra-curricular input (P<0.001). The advantages of “flipped+experience” teaching were manifest, and the teaching effect better than traditional teaching method, achieving the goal of optimizing teaching links and improving teaching quality.
