混合式学习模式在神经病学本科见习教学中的应用及评价

摘要: 目的 研究并评价混合式学习模式在神经病学见习教学中的效果。方法 选择2015 - 2016 学年期间在昆明医科大学第二附属医院进行见习的临床医学专业本科学生193 人,分为两组。实验组(n = 96)采取混合式学习模式进行神经病学病史采集和体格检查见习,此模式整合了翻转课堂、小组学习、基于病例学习等主动学习形式。对照组(n = 97)继续原有的见习教学模式。比较实验组和对照组学生的病史采集和体格检查的通过率和成绩,调查学生对于混合式学习模式的评价。结果 实验组在病史采集、体格检查通过率均优于对照组。学生评价显示,混合式学习模式有助于神经系统病史采集和体格检查的学习。结论 混合式学习模式有益于提高神经病学见习收效,得到学生好评,值得进一步推广。

Abstract: Objective To integrate a blended-learning model into a neurologic trainee program and to assess the academic performance and perceptions of enrolled students Method A blended-learning model consisting of flipped classroom, team-based learning, case-based learning was integrated into the history collecting and physical examination.Course grades of students in the blended-learning (intervention) and traditional-classroom (control) groups were compared.A survey was administered to assess student perceptions. Results The mean history collecting and physical examination grades of students in the intervention group were higher than those in the traditional group. Most of the students in the intervention group agreed that The blended-learning model used in this course facilitated understanding of learning materials.Conclusion The blended-learning model was associated with improved academic performance and was well-received by students.
