摘要: 公立医院是我国医疗卫生体系的中坚力量,医院文化建设是公立医院高质量发展的重要组织支撑,其核心在于将价值理念转化为制度规范、服务行为和人才培养实践。文化建设不仅能深化公立医院的文化内涵,更能在培养高素质医疗人才、促进医疗服务质量提升、改善医患关系等方面发挥核心作用,进而推动公立医院走向高质量发展之路。坚守社会主义核心价值体系,将其深植于医院文化之中,对于医院文化的正向建设具有深远影响。本文研究了新时代公立医院管理中的文化建设内涵,针对存在的问题,通过实践探索,提出了一系列的优化建议及对策,旨在为相关工作提供参考。

Abstract: Public hospitals are the backbone of China's medical and health system. Hospital cultural development serves as an important organizational support for the high-quality development of public hospitals, with its core lying in translating values and concepts into institutional norms, service behaviors and talent cultivation practices. Cultural development can not only enrich the cultural connotation of public hospitals, but also play a pivotal role in cultivating high-caliber medical personnel, improving medical service quality and doctor-patient relationships, thereby advancing the high-quality development of public hospitals. Upholding the core socialist values and integrating them deeply into hospital culture exerts a far-reaching influence on the positive development of hospital culture. This paper explores the connotation of cultural construction in public hospital management in the new era. Targeting existing problems, it puts forward a set of optimized suggestions and countermeasures based on practical exploration, aiming to provide references for relevant work.
