摘要: 医学教育是国家卫生健康事业发展的重要基石,本文立足于新医科建设的背景,深入探讨转化医学研究领域的人才培养模式。文章概述了转化医学的发展历程,揭示了其在加速科研成果转化,促进基础科学发展与临床实践深度融合方面不可替代的作用。结合我国转化医学教育改革实践,从教学理念改革、课程体系优化及评价机制创新等多个维度,深入分析人才培养模式的核心要素。同时,以四川大学的教学改革实践为例,为新时代转化医学人才的可行路径提供了理论框架与实践指导,以适应医学技术的快速发展和社会的健康需求。

Abstract: Medical education serves as a crucial cornerstone for national healthcare development. This study, within the New Medical Education reform in China, explores innovative talent cultivation models for translational medicine research. This paper first reviews the development history of translational medicine, highlighting its irreplaceable role in bridging basic research and clinical applications. Then, based on China's educational reforms in this area, it analyzes core competency cultivation from aspects like pedagogical teaching concepts, the optimization of curriculum systems, and the innovation of evaluation mechanisms. Utilizing Sichuan University's reform initiatives as an illustrative case study, the research articulates a conceptual framework and actionable strategies for cultivating translational medicine professionals equipped to respond to the rapid evolution of medical technology and society's dynamic health needs.
