摘要: 医学临床教学的同质化研究是医学教育各培养环节中共同关注的课题,直接关系到医生的执业水平。本文通过从医学临床教学同质化的重要意义以及如何实现临床教学同质化进行了讨论,并以首都医科大学为例就如何实现临床教学同质化的实践进行了论述与思考。以期与医学教育同道一起共同探讨和实践,走出临床教学同质化的可持续发展之路。

Abstract: Homogenization of clinical teaching is a common concern in medical education and directly related to doctors’ professional level. This paper discusses the significance and realization of homogenization in clinical medical teaching. Taking Capital Medical University as an example, it was discussed how to realize homogenization of clinical teaching. We hope, together with medical educators, to explore the realm of sustainable development of clinical teaching homogeneity.
