摘要:  本文结合文献和网页查询,对英国莱斯特大学本科医学人文教育现状进行了总结分析。莱斯特大学的本科医学人文课程体系由课程模块和课程分段设计两大主体构成,教学方式注重跨学科整合、实践导向以及现代化教学手段的应用,考评方式侧重能力评估,多采用论文、小组项目、反思作业等,其完善的支持反馈系统为医学人文教育提供保障。本文在借鉴莱斯特大学经验基础上,结合我国国情,从重构教育理念、完善课程系统性与连贯性、突出课程教学方法场景性及实用性、优化课程评价、加强教学资源建设及医学人文师资的跨学科培养等方面提出建议。

Abstract: Based on literature review and web search, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current status of undergraduate medical humanities education at the University of Leicester, UK. The undergraduate medical humanities curriculum at the University of Leicester is composed of two main components: course modules and course segment design. Its teaching methods emphasize interdisciplinary integration, practice-oriented instruction, and the application of modern teaching tools. The assessment method focuses on competency evaluation, primarily utilizing formats, such as papers, group projects, and reflective assignments, etc. Its comprehensive support and feedback system provides guarantees for medical humanities education. Drawing on the experience of University of Leicester and combining it with China's national conditions, this paper puts forward suggestions in the following aspects: reconstructing of educational concepts, improving the systematicity and coherence of the curriculum, emphasizing the scenario and practicality of course teaching methods, optimizing course evaluation, strengthening teaching resource construction, and promoting interdisciplinary training of medical humanities faculty.
