Behavioral intentions of medical college graduate students in compliance with academic norms from the perspective of TPB

摘要: 目的 基于计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)探讨医学院校研究生学术规范行为意向影响因素和分类特征。方法 采用德尔菲法编制核心变量的测量工具。对山西省3所医学院校735名研究生进行调查,应用Logistic回归分析研究生学术规范行为意向的影响因素,潜在类别分析划分研究生学术规范行为意向的类别。结果 研究生学术规范行为意向积极率为81.90%,可分为4个类别:全面良好型、认知与规范良好型、自控良好型和高风险型。行为态度(OR=3.475,95%CI:2.128~5.677)、感知行为控制(OR=3.115,95%CI:1.860~5.217)和主观规范(OR=2.368,95%CI:1.329~4.220)是研究生学术规范行为意向的重要影响因素。结论 研究生应成为自己学术规范行为的第一责任人。高校需强化学术规范教育,实施分类管理。

Abstract: Objective To explore the influencing factors and classification characteristics of academic integrity intentions among graduate students in medical colleges based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB).Methods The Delphi method was used to develop scales for core variables. A survey was conducted on 735 graduate students from three medical colleges in Shanxi Province. Logistic regression analysis was applied to identify the risk factors of academic integrity intentions among graduate students, and latent category analysis was used to classify the categories of academic integrity intentions among graduate students.Results The proportion of graduate students with positive academic integrity intentions is 81.90%, which can be divided into four categories: comprehensive good type, cognitive and normative good type, self-control good type, and high-risk type. Behavioral attitude (OR=3.475, 95%CI: 2.128-5.677), perceived behavioral control (OR=3.115, 95%CI: 1.860-5.217), and subjective norms (OR=2.368, 95%CI: 1.329-4.220) are important influencing factors of academic integrity intention among graduate students.Conclusion Graduate students should become the first responsible person for their academic integrity. Academic standardization education and implement classified guidance should be strengthen in universities.
