国际化视野下高校新进教师培训策略——基于哈佛模式分析

Training strategies of new faculty in universities ——an international perspective based on Harvard model

摘要: 目的 调查山东中医药大学新进教师培训中存在的问题,基于国际化视野对新进教师培训提供建议。方法 采用问卷调查法,通过实地发放问卷,对山东中医药大学25 位新进教师进行调查。结果 发放调查问卷25 份,回收调查问卷25 份,回收率100%,有效问卷25 份,有效率100%。结论 根据问卷调查发现,新进教师普遍缺乏教学经验,教学能力不足,培训形式不能满足新进教师的需求。因此,可通过强化国际交流、完善导师制度、观摩名师教学、合理安排培训时间、强化实践教学、完善考核制度等方式,以完善培训模式和制度,提高新进教师的科研和教学能力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the existing problems in new faculty training in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to provide suggestions for new faculty training from an international perspective. Methods 25 new teachers of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated through field questionnaires. Results 25 questionnaires were sent out, collected, with effective recovery of 100%. Conclusion The questionnaire survey shows that new teachers generally lack teaching experience and teaching ability, so the present training form cannot meet the needs of new teachers. This paper suggests that the training mode and system should be reformed through conducting international exchanges, bettering the tutor system, observing top teachers’ teaching, arranging training time reasonably, strengthening practical teaching, and improving the assessment system, so as to enhance the scientific research and teaching ability of new teachers.
