摘要: 随着高等医学院校校外临床教学基地的增加,临床教学质量问题日益明显,成为当前医学教育研究的热点。以徐州医科大学为例,系统介绍学校临床教学同质化的实践探索过程和成效,为构建标准化、规范化医学人才培养体系和临床教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: With the increase of the out-of-school clinical teaching bases of medical colleges and universities, the problem regarding clinical teaching quality is growing critically, which has become a hot concern in current medical education research. Studied in Xuzhou Medical University, this paper systematically introduces the process and effect of the practice and exploration of clinical teaching homogenization, and provides reference for the construction of standardized medical personnel training system and clinical teaching reform.
